PLP Session Description Tools for Transparency Throughout our PLP experience in 2008-09, Team Haverford sought to inform and engage other community members in the process. This was done to share with others our enthusiasm and excitement, and, more importantly, as a means to build support for our eventual professional development project. Our PLP team used a variety of Web 2.0 tools to accomplish this, and in this session, we’ll explore the tools we used and how their use continues to spread throughout the school. We will share our use of Google Docs, Haverford’s Ning site, and other tools that have been adapted for both classroom and administrative uses, including Moodle, voicethreads, mathcasts, and our curriculum mapping program.
